MTE Front Desk

MTE Front Desk software is a complete point-of-sale system that enables your team member to sell tickets to your events, monitor sales activity and produce detailed reports. The entire ticket admission system is comprised of following components.

Ticket validation system is a server based software application that communicates directly with the server.
Scan tickets in (and out) at the entry gate with the help of barcode scanners. This submits the ticket code to the server.
Also the barcode tickets can be preprinted or can be printed at your POS terminals with our ticket printing software.
Entry with turnstile gates that seamlessly operate with ticket validation system software.

Record the visitor name and contact number of the guest.
Maintain the stock of each item.
In case of lost of bill duplicate bill is generated after verification of guest name and contact number.
Refund is possible only if the bill is submitted to the counter.
